Patient Goals
This very pleasant 40-year-old female noticed a loss of fullness in her breasts and loss of volume after breast feeding. She says her breasts used to be “her favourite part on her body.” With breast feeding, her breasts increased to a large C cup and after became deflated. She did not want to be too big, and would like to be more natural on a spectrum and have a natural feeling breast.
Procedure Details
She is 5’2” tall and weighs 115 pounds. She underwent a sub-muscular breast augmentation using smooth round gel implants, and had a vertical mastopexy.
Implant Selection
The implants used were Natrelle Inspira SRM, smooth round gel, 240 cc on the right, and 255 cc on the left to help with her asymmetry.
