Breast Augmentation With Lift Patient 05

This lovely 29-year-old female wished to enhance her breasts. She noticed after breast feeding and some weight loss that her breasts were “saggy” with some asymmetry. She would like somewhere between a natural to enhance the appearance and also to have her areola to be smaller.

She is 5’2” tall and weighs 105 pounds. She underwent a sub-muscular breast augmentation using smooth round gel implants, and in addition, had a vertical mastopexy. The implants used were Natrelle, Inspira SRM, smooth round silicone gel, size 295 cc.
