Breast Augmentation With Lift Patient 03

This very pleasant 44-year-old female was seen for breast augmentation and lift surgery. She says she was quite engorged when she was breast feeding, and her breasts became deflated since then. She was a 32A, or 34B, cup and wished for a natural enhancement with a more full and perky look. She also wished to reduce her areolar size.
She is 5’2” tall and weighs 102 pounds. She underwent a sub-muscular breast augmentation using smooth round gel implants, with a circumareolar mastopexy and areolar reduction.

The implants used were Mentor, Moderate Plus Profile, smooth round silicone gel, 225 cc in size.
