This lovely 31-year-old female was seen for breast enhancement surgery as part of a mommy makeover. She had notices significant changes to her breasts after pregnancy and breast feeding. Her goals were for a natural looking breast that was proportional to her body. She also wished to be more perky and full.

She is 5’4” and weighs 153 pounds.

She underwent a sub-muscular breast augmentation using smooth round gel implants, with a vertical mastopexy and balancing reduction. The implants used were Mentor, High Profile, smooth round silicone gel, 450 cc in size.
