This lovely 40-year-old female had noticed some loss of fullness in her breasts after a recent weight loss. She did not wish to be too big, but wanted to increase her volume.
She is 172 cm tall and weighs 62 kilograms. She underwent a duel plane breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth, round silicone gel implants. The implant are Natrelle, Inspira SSF, 385 cc in size.
