This lovely 23-year-old female wished to help with her neck contour. She says she works out regularly however her neck contour would not change and this was very bothersome for her. She noticed this with photos and was self conscious about the appearance.

She underwent a submentoplasty with liposuction, direct excision and platysma tightening.
