This lovely 59-year-old female felt like her neck was “loose”. Her biggest concerns were increased fullness and heaviness to her neck, as well as her jowls. She feels like this makes her look older. She has been noticing this over the past 1-2 years. She notices the fullness when she looks in a mirror and has been noticing it more over the past 1 year.

Procedure Details

She underwent a full neck lift with submental liposuction, direct subplatysmal fat excession and platysmal plication. At the same time, she also had a lower facelift.
