Mommy Makeover Patient 01

This lovely 31-year-old female was seen for abdominoplasty surgery and breast enhancement surgery as part of a mommy makeover. She had noticed significant changes to her breasts after pregnancy and breast feeding. Her goals were for a natural look and feel that was proportional to her body. She was successful losing 60 pounds following pregnancy with a combination of exercise and Weight Watchers. She continued to have loose hanging skin and a contour that would not bounce back to her pre-pregnancy shape.

She is 5’4” and weighs 153 pounds. The patient underwent a full abdominoplasty with rectus plication and flank and upper abdominal liposuction. In addition, she had a sub-muscular breast augmentation using smooth round gel implants, and a vertical mastopexy and balancing reduction.

The implants used were Mentor, High Profile, smooth round gel, 450 cc in size.
