Patient Goals

This very pleasant 24-year-old female was seen in consultation for breast enhancement surgery. She felt her breasts “never developed properly”. Her goals were to increase the firmness of her breasts and maintain a similar size with a natural shape. She also wished to reduce her areolar size. She currently wears a 38-C cup.

She is 5’8” tall and weighs 177 pounds. She underwent vertical mastopexy and areolar reduction.
