Patient Goals
This very pleasant 18-year-old female wished to increase the fullness of her breasts and be “larger”. She was hoping for a “nice, round fullness” and recognized her nipple asymmetry. She presented as a 32-A cup and wished to be around a full D, or DD-cup.
Procedure Details
She is 5’4” tall and weighs 125 pounds. She underwent a duel plane breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth, round silicone gel implants.
Implant Selection
The implant are Natrelle, Inspira SRX, 445 cc in size.
