Patient Goals
This lovely 32-year-old female was seen for discussion on breast augmentation surgery. Her goals were to increase the fullness of her breasts and wished to maintain a natural look and feel. She wished to increase the volume to help balance the rest of her body. Her bra size was a 32-B and her goal size was at least a C-cup, or D-cup.
Procedure Details
She is 5’9” and weighs 117 pounds. She underwent a dual plane, breast augmentation through an IMF incision in the submuscular plane using smooth round implants. Her breast footprint naturally sites laterally on her chest and appropriately sized implants where selected to help accommodate for this.
Implant Selection
The implants used were Natrelle, Inspira SRM gel, size 310 cc.
