This lovely 26-year-old female says that she developed breasts at a young age and “gravity has been against me”. She does not like how her breasts hang. She would like a natural look and to be larger. She is a 32-G or DDD and would like to be more full in the upper pole. She would also like her NAC smaller.

She is 5’11” tall and weighs 174 pounds. She underwent a sub-muscular breast augmentation using smooth round gel implants, and had a vertical mastopexy with a plus-minus volume optimization.

The implants used were Mentor Moderate Plus, smooth round gel, size 425 cc.
