Patient Goals
This very pleasant 29-year-old female had considered breast augmentation surgery for 6 years. She says her breasts were larger when she was younger and she would like her volume to be back. She still wished to be natural and proportional.
Procedure Details
She is 5’3” tall and weighs 125 pounds. She underwent a duel plane breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth, round silicone gel implants.
Implant Selection
The implant are Natrelle, Inspira SSM 295 cc on the right, and SSM 275 cc on the left to account for some asymmetry.
