Patient Goals
This lovely 28-year-old female presented for discussion on breast augmentation surgery. She had lost some weight and described her breasts as being “sad” afterwards. She also was quite engorged with breastfeeding, and found her breasts deflated when she was finished. Her goals were for a look somewhere between natural and enhanced. She also felt her right breast was larger than her left.
Procedure Details
She is 5’6” tall and weighs 120 pounds. She underwent a duel plane breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth, round silicone gel implants.
Implant Selection
The implant are Natrelle, Inspira SSF, 385 cc on the right side, and a slightly larger, 415 cc implant on the left side to help with her asymmetry.
