Patient Goals
This very pleasant 31-year-old female had considered breast augmentation surgery for several years. She says she had always been smaller and would like to increase her size to look good without wearing a bra. She had goals for a natural, proportional appearance.
Procedure Details
She is 5’3” tall and weighs 125 pounds. She underwent a duel plane breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth, round silicone gel implants.
Implant Selection
The implant are Natrelle, Inspira SSM 295 cc on the right, and SSM 275 cc on the left to account for some asymmetry.
