Patient Goals

This very pleasant 48-year-old female presented for discussion on abdominal contouring surgery. She had previously had abdominal surgery for other medical reasons that opened up post-operatively and healed secondarily resulting in a noticeable, teathered scar. The excess skin and abdominal tissue, and the scarring were all bothersome and she did not like the appearance or contour of her abdomen.

Procedure Details

The patient underwent a full abdominoplasty with flank liposuction and scar revision.
