This lovely 57-year-old had some concerns with the appearance of her neck over the past several years. She says she has noticed this mostly in photos but is starting to notice it more when she is looking in the mirror. She previously was having regular laser facials and feels like this has improved her skin quality. She now was looking to transition to a surgical solution for what she is noticing on her neck.

She underwent a neck lift with submental liposuction, direct subplatysmal fat excision and platysmal plication, as well as, a lower facelift.
