This very pleasant 45-year-old female presented for discussion on breast and abdominal rejuvenation surgery. She had significant weight loss in the past and wished for her breasts to be lifted and slightly smaller. She also had some abdominal changes that were bothersome since pregnancy and was noticing excess skin around her abdomen centrally.

The patient underwent a breast lift as a vertical mastopexy, and at the same time had a tummy tuck as part of a full mommy makeover.
