This lovely 37-year-old female says since her last child was born, she has been working hard to bring down her weight. She feels like she is “now stuck.” She currently was a 150 pounds. She says she previously was 120 pounds before having children and again went up to over 200 pounds with her pregnancies. She also found her breasts were too large and would like them lifted and more proportional.

She is 5’4” and weighs 150 pounds and underwent a full abdominoplasty with rectus plication and flank and upper abdominal liposuction, as well as, bilateral breast lift with volume reduction.
