This lovely 56-year-old female was seen in consultation for periorbital and facial rejuvenation. Her biggest concern was feeling like her eyes were droopy and tired. She also noticed excess skin in the jowl area and lines around her mouth. She wished to rejuvenate her eyes and lower face to improve her contour and help restore a more youthful appearance.

She underwent a lower facelift with SMAS plication, as well as, upper eyelid blepharoplasty surgery.
