This lovely 27-year-old female wished] to discuss options for her breasts as “she has never liked having big breasts”. She has neck and shoulder discomfort and feels a heavy pull on her neck and shoulders. She has bra strap grooving and tends to hunch forward. The pendulous nature of the breasts also causes difficulty with exercise, and she does limit some of her activity because of this. She says she currently wears a 36-DDD cup bra, however, has difficulty finding clothing and bras that fit properly.

She is 5’6” and weighs 175 pounds. She underwent a vertical breast reduction with a superior medial pedicle, as well as, an areolar reduction.
