This very pleasant 33-year-old wished to decrease the volume of her breast because they are “so large.” She says with her second pregnancy she has had a tougher time losing her weight and she has kept the same volume in her breasts. She says she currently wears a 34J cup bra. She says her goal is to be around a D or DD cup bra.
She is 5’5” and weighs 150 pounds. She underwent a vertical breast reduction with a superior medial pedicle, as well as, an areolar reduction.
