This lovely 41-year-old female presented for discussion on breast reduction and rejuvenation surgery. She felt her breast were large and heavy, and affecting her active lifestyle. She wished to be slightly smaller, however, still maintain a nice, proportional breast shape.

The patient underwent a vertical breast lift with volume reduction. Results are shown at 6 months.
