This lovely 37-year-old female presented for discussion breast rejuvenation and body contouring.  She says she was very engorged when she was breast feeding and was up to 38 double D cup.  She says the breasts are now sitting lower and are stretched out.  Her overall goals are to improve the shape as well would like her breast smaller and “less obvious.”  She is 5’4” and weighs 165 pounds.

The patient underwent a breast lift as a vertical mastopexy, and at the same time had a tummy tuck as part of a full mommy makeover.
