This very pleasant 22-year-old female was seen in consultation for breast rejuvenation. She felt there was significant laxity to her breast skin envelope and a sagging appearance to the breast that had been present for many years. Her major goal was to have a more lifted, youthful breast, as well as, an areolar reduction.

She underwent a vertical breast lift with nipple areolar reduction. Results are shown at 3 months.
