This lovely 29-year-old female presented saying her breasts are “saggy”. She says they have always been like that. She would like to have them lifted and the NAC smaller. She likes the look of an enhanced breast, however, does not want to be much larger than her current size. She was a 34-DD.

She is 5’4” tall and weighs 160 pounds. She underwent vertical mastopexy with auto augmentation using her own breast tissue.
