This lovely 60-year-old female was seen in consultation for breast lift surgery.  She felt her breasts were become “looser” as she aged.   She said her breasts were loose in a bra and it was difficult to find bras that fit comfortably.  Her goals were to have a lifted, perky breast and be slightly smaller than her current size.

She is 5’5” tall and weighs 120 pounds.  She underwent vertical mastopexy with a small lower pole reduction.
