This lovely 28-year-old female said she never has had breast volume and feels out of proportion. She would like more of a natural appearance and does not wish for anything too big or obvious. She also notices her left breast is larger than the right and was hoping to improve her asymmetry.

She is 5’4” cm tall and weighs 115 pounds. She underwent a dual plane, breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth round gel implants. The implants used were Mentor, moderate plus, smooth round gel 225 cc implant on the right and 215 cc Moderate plus Xtra profile on the left.
