This very pleasant 42-year-old female wished to increase the volume of her breasts. She has on child and feels like she has lost fullness since being pregnant. She presented as a 34-B cup goals are for a full C-cup with a natural look and feel to her breasts.
She is 5’6” tall and weighs 132 pounds. She underwent a dual plane, breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth round gel implants.
The implants used were Inspira, SRM, smooth round gel 330 cc implants.
