This lovely 29-year-old female wished to restore the volume of her breasts that she had lost since breastfeeding. She did not want to be too large and wished for a natural look and feel. She presented as what she described as a “sad B-cup” and wishes to be a full C-cup, with a more perky look to the breasts.

She is 5’5” tall and weighs 135 pounds. She underwent a dual plane, breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth round gel implants.
