This lovely 45-year-old female presented for discussion on breast enhancement surgery.  She found her breasts were “sagging” since she breastfed and described them as “low”.   She also says she has inverted nipples.  Overall, her goals are to be lifted and have the nipple pointed outward.  She would like her breasts to still look natural and not augmented.

She is 4’11” tall and weighs 53 kg. She underwent a sub-muscular breast augmentation using smooth round gel implants, and had a vertical mastopexy.

The implants used were Mentor Moderate Plus, smooth round gel, size 250 cc.
