This lovely 27-year-old female who was seen for discussion on breast enhancement surgery. She has noticed her breasts had become “deflated” since she lost 50 pounds over the past 3 years. She was wishing to increase the volume of her breasts and help improve her asymmetry.

She is 5’4” tall and weighs 145 pounds. She underwent a sub-muscular breast augmentation using smooth round gel implants, and had a vertical mastopexy.

The implants used were Natrelle Inspira SRM, smooth round gel, 295 cc on the right, and 275 cc on the left to help with her asymmetry.
