This very pleasant 43-year-old female presented as a 36-DDD bra cup size, and was having significant neck and back pain, as well as, described a pulling discomfort from her breasts. She also found it difficult to exercise due to the pendulous nature of her breasts. Her goal was to maintain a full-C cup size and have a more lifted appearance to the breasts.

She underwent a vertical breast reduction with a superior-medial pedicle. Results are shown at 1 year.
