This very pleasant 41-year-old female presented for discussion on breast reduction surgery. She was having neck and shoulder discomfort and bra strap grooving. The large size of her breasts also was limiting her ability to exercise.

She underwent a vertical breast reduction with a superior-medial pedicle and areolar reduction.
