This very pleasant 40-year-old female presented for discussion on breast lift surgery, as she noticed her breasts were “low and sagging” since she had her children. As well, she felt her breasts were too large for her body and was having some neck and shoulder pain. She was limited in her exercise due to the pendulous nature of her breasts.
She underwent a vertical breast left with a small reduction in volume, and differential excision for the asymmetry.
