This lovely 33-year-old female had been considering breast augmentation for a while.  After breast feeding she felt her breasts became deflated.  Her goals were to be more natural and have a natural feeling breast.  She normally wears a 34-B cup bra and wished to be around a C-cup.

She is 164 cm tall and weighs 57 kilograms.  She underwent a duel plane breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth, round silicone gel implants.  The implant are Natrelle, Inspira SSM, 295 cc on the right and SSM 275 cc on the left.  Different size implants were used for some subtle asymmetry.
