This lovely 32-year-old female wished to have her breasts “always look the way they do in a push-up bra”.  She wanted to increase her volume, however, wished to remain proportional and not too large.   She previously wore a 32-D padded bra and goal was to have that look without the padding.  She also found her left breast filled her bra cup more than the right.

She is 5’5” tall and weighs 120 pounds.  She underwent a duel plane breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth, round silicone gel implants.  The implant are Natrelle, Inspira SRM, 310 cc on the right, and SRM 275 cc on the left to account for her asymmetry.
