This very pleasant 22-year-old female wished to improve the shape of her breasts.  She described be breasts as “cone like” and wished for a “rounder look” with a natural feel.  Her bra size was a 34-B and her goal size was a full C-cup, and to be proportional to her body.

She is 5-foot tall and weighs 140 pounds. She underwent a dual plane breast augmentation through an IMF incision in the submuscular plane, using smooth round implants.  Specialized closure was performed to ensure there was no disruption to her tattoo.

The implants used were Mentor, Moderate Plus, smooth round silicone gel, size 300 cc.
