This lovely 28-year-old female had been considering breast augmentation surgery for 10 years.  She said on a spectrum she likes a natural-to-enhanced look, and wished to have a natural feel.  She currently wears a 32-A cup and goal was to be around a C-cup and proportional.

She is 5’7” tall and weighs 115 pounds.  She underwent a duel plane breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth, round silicone gel implants.  The implant are Natrelle Inspira, SSF 325 cc in size.
