This very pleasant 31-year-old female had been considering breast augmentation surgery for over a year.  She presented as a 32-A cup and said she did not fill that out.  She wished for a look that was between natural-to-enhanced and would like to have a natural feeling breast.

She is 5’3” tall and weighs 117 pounds.  She underwent a duel plane breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth, round silicone gel implants.  The implant are Natrelle, Inspira SSX 445 cc on the right, and SSX 420 cc on the left to account for some chest wall asymmetry.
