This very pleasant 33-year-old female had been considering breast augmentation for 5 years. Her goals were to increase the fullness of her breasts, however, maintain a natural feel to the breast. When she presented she was a 34-B cup, and wished to be a DD-DDD cup.

She is 5’7’’ tall and weighs 145 pounds. She underwent a dual plane, breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth round gel implants.

The implants used were Mentor smooth round high profile gel implants. She had some minor breast asymmetry and to help account for this, size 350 cc was used on the right and 375 cc on the left.
