This very pleasant 44-year-old female had been considering breast augmentation surgery for over 15 years, since she had had children. Her goals were to increase the fullness of her breasts and she felt like she had lost significant volume since she had breast fed. She presented as a 34-B cup and wished to be a full-C.

She is 5’6” tall and weighs 121 pounds. She underwent a dual plane, breast augmentation through an IMF incision using smooth round gel implants.

The implants used were Mentor, smooth round moderate plus gel, size 325 cc.
