This lovely 37-year-old female was seen for breast enhancement surgery.  She says she was happy with her breasts before having children, however, afterwards, they have “become deflated and are sitting lower”.  She presented as a 34-B cup and wished to fill the upper pole of her breast and be more full and perky.  

She is 5’5” tall and weighs 140 pounds.  She underwent a sub-muscular breast augmentation using smooth round gel implants, and in addition, had a vertical mastopexy.

The implants used were Natrelle, Inspira SRM, smooth round silicone gel, size 295 cc.
