This very pleasant 21-year-old female was seen for significant breast asymmetry with a tuberous breast deformity. She had difficulty with bra’s and clothing fitting properly because of the asymmetry and was not happy with the overall appearance of her breasts. Her goals were for overall improved symmetry and also wished to reduce the size of her areola. She was happy with the volume on the right side and did not wish to be much larger.
On the right side, she underwent a small vertical breast reduction with augmentation in the submuscular plane. On the left side, she had tuberous breast deformity correction with a circumareolar mastopexy and radial scoring, followed by submuscular augmentation.
The implants used were Natrelle Inspira SMR smooth round gel, 235cc on the right side and Natrelle Style 20, smooth round gel 280 cc on the left.
