This very pleasant 24-year-old female presented as a 34-DD bra cup size, and was having significant neck and back pain relating to her large breast size. She also felt like her nipple-areola-complex was too large.

She underwent a vertical breast reduction with a superior-medial pedicle, and a nipple-areola reduction.
