This lovely fit and healthy 31-year-old female noticed loss of “core strength” with her abdomen after having 2 children. She also finds her central abdomen “juts out” and there is excess skin around her bellybutton. She is very fit and exercises regularly. She also has a very healthy diet. Her goals were to improve her comfort with exercise and tighten the contour to her abdomen.
She is 5’2” tall and weighs 115 pounds. She underwent an abdominoplasty with rectus muscle plication and a small amount of contouring liposuction. There is a vertical scar visible above the underwear line from her old bellybutton opening.
